Consultancy Services

(1) Preparation of documents for CIMAH

• Prepare Industrial Activity report for Major Hazard Installations
• Prepare Emergency Response Plan
• Prepare Demonstration of Safe Operations document for Non-MHI
• Consult on compliance to other requirements of OS&H (Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards) Regulations 1996

(2) Conduct CHRA in compliance to USECHH

• Conduct Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA)
• Sampling for exposure to chemicals
• Review designs & engineering of ventilation systems, isolation, work process, etc
• Consult on compliance to other requirements of OS&H (Use and Standards of Exposure of Chemicals Hazardous to Health) Regulations 2000

(3) Safety audits, Regulatory compliance & OHSAS 18001

• Conduct plant safety audits to identify high hazard areas 
• Identify risk reduction measures for hazardous areas and processes
• Conduct and document HAZOP studies
• Classify chemicals, MSDS translation, label preparation to comply with the the OS&H (Classification, Packaging & Labelling of Hazardous Chemicals) Regulations 1997
• Consult on compliance to FMA, OSHA, EQA, RTA, other legislation & standards
• Consult on certification to OHSAS 18001  & MS 1722:2003 standards

(4) Chemical Transportation consultation

• Set up systems for the safe transportation of chemicals and petrochemicals
• Design of transport vehicles, skid tanks, IBC and other containers for cost effective movement of products and waste
• Conduct logistic studies for optimum cost benefits 
• Advise on Responsible Care Programme and to comply with RTD (JPJ), DOE (JAS) & DOSH (JKKP) requirements

(5) Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning

• Tender for EPCC projects for plants new installation, upgrade and modifications
• Design, procure, construct, supply, install, commission plant equipment and facilities for new installation, upgrade and modification
• Contract for process plants equipment maintenance, servicing, inspection, re-commissioning
• Conduct training for new plant process and equipment operations

(6) Project Management

• Provide project management and co-ordination services for plant and off-site facilities new installation, upgrade and modification
• Develop conceptual design packages and supervise detailed design for Client 
• Collate information, make submissions and representation to regulatory bodies for project approvals on behalf of the Client 
• Prepare Operating Procedures, O&M Manuals, Safety Manuals, etc.

(7) Equipment Sourcing

• Source for competitive supply of equipment for plant upgrade or refurbishment projects 
• Develop equipment specifications and identify suitable systems 
• Conduct competitive bidding, tendering processes and negotiations with potential suppliers on behalf of Client 
• Carryout inspection and verification of equipment before and on delivery to Client
